Snap Lake & Victor

The Snap Lake and Victor projects involved the decommissioning, dismantling and relocation of two diamond sorting plants for De Beers for relocation to Canada.

Both plants were stripped, packed and shipped north of Yellow Knife, Canada, across ice roads. Due to extreme weather conditions, the packing solution, timing and delivery of the packaged cargo to Richards Bay Harbour, was crucial.
