During the period 2013-2015 the Executive management team moved building integrated two dynamic teams from two companies. Integrated all HR, IT and Accounting systems.
The executive also completed a further M&A with the purchase of “That Drum Operations (Pty) Ltd” the transaction includes this entity as a wholly owned subsidiary of the PackSolve Group from 1 March 2015.
In 2018 and 2019 the consolidation of the PackSolve group structure was undertaken. This was done to streamline the business and do away with a number of (Pty) Ltd companies in the group. The group now consists of a PackSolve (Pty) Ltd the holding company and two operating divisions namely, PackSolve Drums and PackSolve Packaging.
Various new systems were introduced from 2017 onwards, this includes SagePay, Sage 300 People (Payroll) and Sage BEE123 all to support the business units.
I joined a forum for financial directors from various industries known as FD Interact. This is a monthly forum where financial and business issues are discussed as a team with a view to growing and developing personally through the experiences of others.

The PackSolve Head Office structure is settled and collaborating with the operating entities. will be able to support the strategic objectives including the acquisition of additional business in the coming years.
The focus for the newt 3-5 years is modernising our manufacturing process and becoming more efficient in our operations.
