Update on current operations at PackSolve to reduce possible spread of COVID-19

Dear Valued Customers & Suppliers

Subsequent to the World Health Organization declaring COVID-19 a global pandemic, the South African Government forthwith declared a National State of Disaster in the country. President Ramaphosa announced a far-reaching action plan and called upon all South African to cooperate and get actively involved in preventing the spread of the disease.

We are vigilantly monitoring the situation in our country and are taking guidance from the World Health Organisation and the Department of Health to inform our approach.

The safety of our valued employees, customers and suppliers is our greatest priority. PackSolve takes this in a serious light and all our employees is taking the necessary pre-caution to responsible hygiene practices as preventive measures against potential infection.

PackSolve is still operating as normal and we have implemented measures to minimize disruption and have taken the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the virus.

PackSolve has virtual meeting technologies available and we are encouraging our employees to make use of these wherever possible when meeting with external stakeholders.

In the interests of both your organisation and ours we request that you please observe and

support the updated measures that we have put in place by ensuring that we limit site visits if possible.

If you have any queries or concerns, please engage directly with your PackSolve representative.

We have a responsibility as Business and our community to act and prevent the spread of COVID-19. Let’s take accountability for our health, cooperate and together make a difference during these testing times.

Yours sincerely
