Nelson Mwale is the Chairperson for the PackSolve Group board. Nelson’s work experience spans across several manufacturing industries, including working as a Projects Engineer at Barlow’s Earthmoving Equipment Company, Technical Engineer at Dorbyl Structures and Packaging Manager at SAB.
Pieter is the CEO of New Seasons Investment Management. His broad work experience which spans more than 20 years in corporate finance; investment banking; and investments and operational businesses, having fulfilled various roles including that of adviser and principal investor across various industries.
Pieter’s previous positions include: Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance as a Senior Manager; Genbel Securities; Director at Deutsche Securities (Investment Banking); Executive Director responsible for new business and investor relations at African Rainbow Minerals; and Head of Investments at Royal Bafokeng Holdings.
Lesego joined New Seasons Investment Management in 2023 as an Executive. She have over 10 years banking experience providing leveraged finance and corporate debt solutions to a diverse client base across Africa.
Lesego started her career at KPMG Johannesburg, where she completed articles in 2010. She was an audit manager at KPMG before moving into Banking in 2012.
The majority of the time spent in banking was in the Leveraged Finance team at FNB and Africa Debt at Absa Corporate and Investment Banking (formerly Barclays Africa).
Louis has more than 34 years industry experience. He is focused on improving shareholder value by ensuring growth and profitability.
Larry qualified as a chartered accountant after starting his career in auditing. His intrigue in the manufacturing industry made his decision to join the team in 2016 an easy one.
