Ashley Sefako Mabogoane is a founder shareholder of New Seasons Investment Holdings and currently serves as Executive Chairman of the board of directors, having previously occupied the position of Chief Executive Officer.
Nelson Mwale is the Chief Executive Officer of New Seasons Investment Management. Nelson’s work experience spans across several manufacturing industries, including working as a Projects Engineer at Barlows Earthmoving Equipment Company, Technical Engineer at Dorbyl Structures and Packaging Manager at SAB.
Pamela Mogotlane has 15 years of financial management experience and has a BCom Degree from the University of Johannesburg.
In 2006 Alex exited his family run business and bought a start-up production business that provided industrial packaging solutions for the engineering & mining sectors.
I joined a forum for financial directors from various industries known as FD Interact. This is a monthly forum where financial and business issues are discussed as a team with a view to growing and developing personally through the experiences of others.
I started my career in auditing, where I served my articles and qualified as chartered accountant. My intrigue and fascination of the manufacturing environment made my decision to join PackSolve in 2016 an easy one.
Steve has gained his management experience through a career spanning 22yrs with global packaging leaders in both the industrial and consumer packaging industries.
The value I bring to an organization with all my knowledge and experience is primary focused towards moving a company forward as a unit by increasing and sustaining shareholder value, from a current state into a more profitable future state.
